JUST PLAIN AWESOME

Excellent service and personnel. I was traveling north on i75 to Ocala and belt started squeeling bad on my GMC Sierra 2500HD at exit 301 Brooksville... Called Mike after search on Google and he said bring it in and he'd check it out... Belt tensioner and pulley was bad... Melted the pulley.. replaced all with new belt... I was in and out in an hour! Parts arrived fast and repair was quick! Could've been real disaster had i not stopped to fix...Mike and everyone were very helpful and courteous... Mechanic got right on it and made quick thorough repair! EXCELLENT AUTO SERVICE! GOOD PRICES TOO.

I had an issue with my car’s gear shift and was up a creek without a paddle. These guys were incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate me on a Sunday, right before closing, just to help me get my key out so my battery wouldn’t die. When they reopened, they even called to let me know the part was actually under recall and could be repaired for free at the dealership. There were a few complications I asked them about, and they easily could have charged me, but instead, they gave me honest advice and made sure I was set up for success. I truly appreciate their integrity and the fact that they didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. I even offered to have the repair done there and pay for it, and they still helped me get it handled for free. That level of honesty is rare in auto repair shops. I’m incredibly thankful to have found them and will absolutely bring any future business their way. Thank you for everything!

Great service, we heard that Complete was good so have a try when our AC went out. They tried the inexpensive solution first. Unfortunately after 6 weeks it went out. On the second look, they gave a clear and honest estimate on the job needed to fix it. When Al was said and done, the cost came in over $100 less. Yes. This is the kind of place you want to do business. Thank you, CAC.

Honest and trustworthy , two of the best qualities for mechanics and these folks have plenty of both. Not to mention that they are great mechanics as well. Been going here for over 20 years. They are a wonderful group of people!

I went in for what I believed was a needed oil change, and the crew told me that I hadnt driven enough miles to need that service. Most shops are out to turn a dollar and would have done the work anyway. They did end up replacing my cabin air filter, which I was aware was bad, but this business is absolutely honest, and no one can go wrong trusting Joe and his crew to do the best work for the fairest price!!
