I had an issue with my car’s gear shift and was up a creek without a paddle. These guys were incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate me on a Sunday, right before closing, just to help me get my key out so my battery wouldn’t die. When they reopened, they even called to let me know the part was actually under recall and could be repaired for free at the dealership. There were a few complications I asked them about, and they easily could have charged me, but instead, they gave me honest advice and made sure I was set up for success. I truly appreciate their integrity and the fact that they didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. I even offered to have the repair done there and pay for it, and they still helped me get it handled for free. That level of honesty is rare in auto repair shops.
