Not only did they bring it to my attention, but they insisted on getting the part and fixing it right away, no charge. They have high expectations for the quality of their work and are candid with their customers. I trust them, I like their business values and I recommend them highly.

I have been taking my family vehicles there for over 3 or 4 years now. Joe the owner is one honest caring mechanic owners I have ever met. He is definitely a man of his word and his talents of his crew are so important to him to regulate perfection for his customers. I highly recommend if you have any auto issues regardless of the type of Auto bring it to Joe he'll give you a fair honest assessment and solution. I give them a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐++

A trusted friend brought me to Joe several months ago. She had long referred to him as their most trusted "car guy" but I admit I was skeptical. You learn you have to be when cars are involved...plus, there's the fact that she's a widow, and I'm a reluctant divorcee. However, her assessment could not have been more true. Joe and his right-hand man, Jim, are truly the real deal. They are honest, thorough, kind, and fair. They listen to the issues the car is having and provide options for my specific situation. They are always respectful and patient with me, despite my lack of knowledge. It's rare to find people and businesses who take care of one another anymore, but this is one of them. My car engine stopped. It would start and then shut off. I called AAA, they recommended Complete Automotive. I usually take my car to Tires Plus, but I haven't been real happy with them since I moved here to Brooksville 3 years ago, so decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! As soon as I met Joe I felt like I had come to the right place. You know how sometimes you get a feeling about people, right away I felt at ease. It turned out to be a computer problem, but they were able to order the parts and get me going again. Jim & Joe were knowledgeable and friendly! I think I have found my new car doctor's!! I highly recommend!!
