I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler, researched CarFax, looked great and shown at an excellent price. Took it into Complete Auto for a tune up. Wow, many undisclosed problems, some probably at the hands of the dealer. Jim was excellent at explaining each problem and what essential repairs to be travel ready, and what I could expect and plan for over time. These guys actually care about quality customer service.
