we brought our Cadillac in with an overheat problem. they said replacing the radiator will definitely fix the problem, they lied, and wanted us to bring the car back in to have even more expensive parts replaced..they said that THAT will fix the problem, too. RIP OFF!! BEWARE: We have attempted to post same review to other product review websites like Angie's list, but they have it set up where only good reviews would be seen posted.

If you want great automotive care at reasonable rates with a compassionate owner that is always willing to help you then you need to go here. Not only is the service awesome but also the compassion they have for trying to help you out the best they can. I highly recommend them

As a local business owner I have many trucks to service so I cant understand why its hard for me to get a good mechanic so far these guys have been great and did not over charge me. I will be coming back next time we need automotive help!!

I took my car for an oil change in Sears and was told that I needed to repair front passenger axel right away it was to dangerous. I took my car for a second opinion and, thanks to Ryan and the guys at Complete Automotive Care for awesome service and they told me to go home I did not need it. These people are the real deal. Now they are helping me with my son's car issues and have been so honest and informative. If you want an honest mechanic you've found them. I would recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Was told my engine was in disrepair without explaining what was actually wrong, said it would cost hundreds just to figure it out. Was offered an engine swap starting at 2000 to 3500. Called a mobile mechanic. He came out replaced a small part for 140 dollars. Mentioned the plugs also needed to be changed which was an additional 200 dollars parts and labor. Now my car is running like new.

If this is an actual real complaint we would like nothing better than for you to contact me Joe, the owner ! Our number is 352-799-0298. We would NEVER knowingly sell ANYONE something they didn't need. We truly apologize for any trouble or inconvenience we may have caused you. We would like the opportunity to correct the situation. There had to be a mistake made. We are human and it is possible a mistake was made. If you read our many 5 star reviews it is evident that we take our customers and customer service very seriously. The other thing is that all of our 5 star reviews are posted by people who used their real names. We recently have received a few bad reviews by people who have not used their real names. That leads us to believe that these may not be real customers or complaints. We think it could be our competition or possibly a disgruntled employee trying to damage our long standing reputation.
