Took my Grand Marquis in for what I thought could turn into a pricey fix. Turned out it wasn't what I thought and it was even cheaper than the first price I was planning on paying! Customer service was incredible! I do most of my own mechanic work but when there's something I don't feel like digging into I will be back for sure! I highly recommend Complete Automotive to anybody looking for an honest mechanic!!! Only reason I'm not going with 5 stars is because my center cap was over tightened causing it to chip and not mount correctly. That's a $70 part.

Go somewhere else. Been to this shop 3 times in the last month. They lost the bolts to my passenger seat along with my magnetic parts holder that was in the car. They dropped the engine putting it in the car ( dent in the bottom of the oil pan and the oil filter is now crooked) and refuse to take responsibility for it. Spent over 2000 in labor at this place to not even have a working vehicle. The douchebags behind the counter are great at being nice to your face but are really snakes out to rip you off. Go anywhere else.

Honest, fast and extremely skilled workers saved my mother's day when her car broke down. AAA recommended this shop and it was well worth every reasonable dollar spent. My mother's car is still working!!!!

Great service. Nice people. I was in the are on vacation when had issue with the muffler. They were able to help repair the muffler on my car. Recommend this place to everyone.
