I first spoke with Kim to make an appointment, she was SO friendly, and helpful. I took my car in for service today. I also met Joe, and like Kim, very welcoming and knowledgeable about my service issues with my car. I left the car for service, which was repaired, checked, and completed. Joe explained everything thoroughly, and I felt relieved having them service my car! Thank you Kim, Joe, and professional mechanics for getting me up & running! My air is COLD, & feels great! I am so pleased that I found a trustworthy mechanic to help keep my car on the road!! I drive a 2014 Passat that has over 100,000 miles and it’s essential to have cars in that mileage range serviced so you feel they are roadworthy. I needed about $1,000 worth of maintenance work, and Joe divided the service into three parts so I wasn’t out all that cash at once. After three appointments, my car is now ready for any trip, and I feel I can trust it to get me from point A to point B. The fact that so many older WOMEN come to this business says it all!!
